We used to come here all the time but now prices have gone up but the size of the dishes are much smaller. Not worth going back anymore.

Popped in here one Thursday night after shopping, what a fantastic surprise it was too. The food was brilliant, we couldn't make up our minds what to have and chose 5 different dishes to have between us, because what I fancied so did my husband and then we picked more to share. The flavours were so good. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish and our taste buds were so alive.
We have been back since and still enjoyed all that we had.
The staff were friendly and dealt with us fairly quickly as it was quite busy both times.

This place was great but is now best avoided. The food portions have been reduced (but prices increased), the quality is no where near as good as it was and, with the exception of a few, the staff are unhelpful.

I used to love this place but every time I go back it's more of a disappointment.
The service is intrusive and pushy, to the point that one feels unwelcome. We were repeatedly hurried to order our food but later requests for drinks and side dishes were forgotten, and at the end of the meal the bill was shoved under our noses before we could finish chewing. The restaurant is also always swelteringly hot for some reason.
A stressful dining experience.

I really enjoyed eating the food from Busaba Eathai, but they really need to be kinder to their customers. I find service there very abrupt and we are always felt rushed. I know the restaurant is buzzing and there is most always a queue outside everynight, but people who dine there would like to enjoy their meal too, without the feeling of being hurried. Again, I must make express my concern on how terrible the service is there. For some people who are not familiar with Thai food at all, they might take some time to choose something from the menu, but last time we were there the waiter was very rude and unwelcoming. I mean, please do not work there if you do not like your job. Management, please review your staff and do a bit more on customer service training as your staff are clearly lacking of it. Although the food is very good and price is decent as well, people might be put off of returning again due to your staff attitude.

Good simple food with no fuss and gentle prices.
Have a look at the queue outside and that will give you a clue of how popular this place is.

This is the best Thai restaurant I have ever been to so far in London. Not a place for people who dislike sitting at a table with strangers, but this doesn't bother me at all. The menu includes some traditional thai dishes, as well as some original specialities. My favourite is the Green Curry Fried Rice. The food looks great, tastes great! Don't forget to try the lemonade! Lively atmosphere and excellent service. Yum!

We found this restaurat by chance and were immediately attracted by the lively, informal atmosphere and the fact that the place was fully packed on a Sunday evening. The menu was mouth-watering and the three of us ordered four different dishes (two different variants of pad thai noodles, spiced calamari, beef curry), all of which not only looked great on the plates, but were absolutely delicious! The bottle of pink wine we had with our food was lovely, too. The bill came up to just over £50, which I think is an excellent value for money. The only downside was that we felt a bit rushed, as the place was heaving. We will definitely be coming back. :)

I love the food at Busaba eathai. I've been here many times over the years and the food's always been good.
There are so many delicious things on the menu that it can be hard not to order too much food or spend too much money. So I like to go here as a treat.
The things I don't like about Busaba are the queues. As somebody from the european continent, I refuse to queue for restaurants. Especially in a city like London where there are so many places to spend your money on food - why should I queue. If I see a queue, I just go somewhere else.
The Soho branch seems to be the busiest. Store St is getting busier too.
The second things I really don't like is the table sharing. It is cramped, and if you want to keep your bags and coats with you, there is just no room. Like Bruno would say: table sharing is so 10 years ago. If I go for a meal with a friend, I like privacy.
