Once again a wonderful meal. a meze of 11 dishes on a Sunday afternoon is less than £10. That plus a bottle of wine -coffee- water and service came to less than £50

for two.

I know of no-where in London that offers food of this quality for less !

Went with friends for my sisters 30th this weekend, and have to say the meal was really lovely. After tucking in to the fantastic turkish flatbread and hummus, we all ordrered the 11 dish meze menu. Its great value at £12.95, loads of great veg dishes, then a little later came hot meat skewers from the grill. It all tasted fresh and gave you a chance to try lots on the menu. Service was good and thought that the atmosphere was relaxed. Would definitely recomend.

I have been here a few times mainly on business lunches. On my most recent visit the food was very good, I had salmon for lunch which was delicious along with the fantastic bread and hummus which i could live off!

shame about the service tho, it was slow anyway but on this occasion we had ordered one main course which was listed on their quick lunch menu for £10. however when we got the bill, the restaurant had charges us the full price for the dish from the main menu. when we queried this the waitress insisted that we had not stipulated that we were ordering from the quick lunch menu even tho it did not say anywhere on the menu that this was required. we explained that we had not but had pointed to the salmon on the quick menu which we had believed to have been sufficient! anyway it took a great deal of arguing before the restaurant agreed to charge us the quick menu price rather than the full menu price which was significantly more expensive. this was completely unnecessary especially considering taht the person i was having lunch with visits every week.

atmosphere was ok nothing special

Waiter doesn't know the difference between sorbet and ice cream.

Margarita missing on the cocktail list... also drinks are too expensive.

Barman doesn't speak clear enough and ignored me couple of times with a rude manner. Starters are very good, but my halibut was way too oily to my taste.

I took a client and was severely embarrassed by the atrocious service; waiters turning away to talk to other customers half way through my order, leaving empty plates on our table for 20 minutes. The place was half empty and there were more than enough staff. Never again.

Went last week. Poor service generally. When we arrived, I didn't understand what was said to me because of the waitresses heavy accent. She repeated herself louder and more slowly as if I was an idiot. I realise this is what some Brits are apt to do abroad, but I'm not one of those Brits and I certainly don't care to be on the receiving end. It's also been a long time since I've ordered drinks in a restaurant and I've just been left to pour them myself. That comes across as really lazy on my part, but it is part of the service you anticipate, even more so when they automatically slap 12.5% on the bill for service. More than once, we ended up having to wave to get service from the nearest passing staff. They didn't talk to one another so no-one really knew situation at our table and we were left waiting too long. I had a goat's cheese and roast veg pizza. Didn't always get the flavour of nice tangy goat's cheese and veg tasted like it was pickled rather than roasted. Not great. Bread, hummus and olives fine. Restaurant too dark. I won't be going back.

Went with some colleagues on a Tuesday evening. Special Christmas menu.

We had a selection of Turkish starters - they were absolutely delicious, and tasted very fresh. Nicely presented too.

Had sea bass for mains (not very Turkish I know). Portion was smallish and it was a little overdone. A colleague had an off-the-bone lamb dish, and I was green with envy. Served with delicious vegetables, and the lamb was beauitfully spiced, and slunk off the bone. Other colleagues had the tangine, which looked delicious, and very large portion. They tell me it was very good.

Selection of typical Turkish deserts. Nice baclava (excuse my spelling), not too greasy.

Interior is pleasant. Deep maroons, suits the atmosphere. A little too dark though! Staff were friendly and helpful. Felt a little crammed in - our table was too small for 5 people. The place was very busy, and the staff hovered over us towards the end of the meal. Annoying. £20 for the 3 courses was reasonable I thought.

Would definitely go back on a quieter evening with one or two people, and pick very carefully from the menu. Best to stick to the traditional Turksih dishes.

Food was fine, but service was terrible...the tables were not waited on properly and staff was not that friendly or even bothered.
