We took advantage of the 2 courses for £12.95 deal this week and enjoyed a delicious dinner, agreeably served in slightly cramped and dimly-lit surroundings. The crocodile croquettes were particularly good. There is now a non-smoking area. Altogether a very pleasant meal, and excellent value for money: we shall return.

This place just keeps on delivering top food and service for much less than you'd pay pretty well anywhere else! We live round the corner and go every couple of weeks so we love that they keep freshening up the menu. A truly great local restaurant.

My boyfriend and I had been meaning to try out this restarant for ages but it was normally fully booked when we tried. We managed to get a table on a Friday night and were not at all dissapointed! The food was amazing, presentation and taste. The menu was great and the service very good as well. The only thing we did not like was there was not a non smoking area and the table next to us was smoking. As you are quite close together this was rather off putting when we were eating our meal. it would be good if they sectioned off an area for non smokers. I don't the the £30 pp proce was very accurate, it was more like £45, but worth every penny. They could do with updating this price though on their website as it is quite misleading. We only had a starter and main each, shared a bottle of wine and desert and our bill came to £89. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. great food!
