I had a dinner last saturday at Le Colmbier and I really enjoyed it.

The food is just delicious (I recommend the Tarte au Citron for the dessert), there is a good wine list also and a very friendly staff.

It was just perfect to spend an evening in such a nice environment!

I am french and when I have to come in London for 2 or 3 working days I get a real pleasure going to Colombier for dinner!

For me it's the best adress in London I have to get a pleasant moment with a real french cook at a good price!

Regards,

Alain

If you want a genuine French meal in a genuine French restaurant, then you can't beat Le Colombier in SW3.

Walking through the doors is like crossing the channel (but so much easier).

A warm welcome awaits.

Terrific food, wonderful wine list and splendid service.

THE PRIVATE DINING ROOM:

I cannot recommend this private dining room highly enough.

On behalf of my company I have just hired it for a dinner for my special clients. As these customers were all strangers to each other, the quality of the food, service and ambience were all critical to the success of the evening.

In fact my expectations were surpassed:

With deft professionalism the Management perfectly understood and interpreted our needs, and made extremely helpful suggestions.

The food was superb, beautifully presented and the service was sensitive and friendly. The staff were observant and vigilant to everyone's individual needs.

So professionally run was the evening, and so enjoyable was the atmosphere of the room, that what could have been a frosty and formal evening turned into a vibrant and animated 'dinner party'.

i went with my family for dinner the other night to this lovely french restaurant in Chelsea.

I needed some comfort food and being French i was not disappointed

First the service was very elegant and the place is absolutely charming, i felt like being at home again.

We were first incredibly impressed with the wine list and the prices, being in London so many other restaurants abuse the margin that we cannot afford to enjoy ourselves fully, but for once we did, and what a night.

I was please to find on the menu all our favourite dishes that we all miss so much.

the starters were all so excellent that our table of 6 had to share them all.

The main course were good sizes and lovely presentation, and mainly tasted like our real French food.

i will definately go back to impress my friends and also use their private room for birthday's or other events.

No point going to any trendy restaurant when you have the orignale on your door step.
