The Evangelist

I work close to the Evangelist and have been here many times for lunch and for evening drinks. The food is very good - it is fresh and well prepared in an open kitchen (not what one might expect from what is essentially a trendy bar). The menu is varied and it seems to please everyone in my office when we all lunch together. The service can, however, be a bit hit and miss. In particular, there is one waiter who seems to sleep walk and is, therefore, prone to make mistakes. Apart from the one fly (or should I say waiter) in the ointment, I would recommend this bar/restaurant to anyone in the vicinity.
