The restaurant is located in the hotel but has changed hands and the Conrad is now the Wyndham Grand hotel overlooking Chelsea Harbour is commands a visit for classy relaxing views accompanied by crisp fresh cocktails and widely spaced tables both inside and out. The food is clean and well presented but nothing to blow your taste buds away ! The chelsea flower show special dinner menu was not as exciting or colourful as it could be, and the special afternoon tea appeared to be more appealing. food may appear as attractive as the backdrop but taste and fusion are lacking. One non-alcoholic cocktail our party had contained 3/4 of a glass full with ice which we agreed was rather poor as it was not even described or marked as frozen 3-4sips and it was gone at £7.00 per glass this we thought was poor even by Chelsea standards. One tip if you are getting a cab here, still ask for the Conrad as no-one told the cabbies it changed hands and its far from most tube stops. Stop for one drink if passing thru Kings Road admire the views and eat elsewhere.

I had never heard of this restaurant before and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The ambience was wonderful: with views overlooking boats moored in the harbour whilst a live DJ providing good urban music that gently filled the air.
The staff were excellent and very accommodating. The wide selection of main courses and deserts could not be faulted, and the artistic presentation made you feel special and just a little guilty -as the Chef's hard work was destroyed as you devoured the dish.
Our children (8 & 9) who can be such fussy eaters…… were eager for more! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend the restaurant.

Very disappointing.
The two of us went there for lunch. We both ordered fish. Well, to be quite frank, very pretty to look at, but tasteless. We tried three different wines and they were all sour, not corked, but sour. The waiter tried to push me to have red wine instead and I repeated that I did not want any.
Shall definitely not be going back.

What better place to be on a sunny afternoon, sitting out side on the terrace, looking at the boats and drinking champagne. As always the fish was perfect, juicy tiger prawns and top teriyaki salmon. My partners veggie choices of fennel soup followed by a carrot and pea risotto could not be faulted either.
As through out the hotel the staff and friendly and polite without having that attitude. Plus the fellow lunch time diners were so amusing, such a great place to people watch ( Marbella meets the country house), this was a top lunch.

I had never heard of Aquasia before we went. I was surprised because it is so lovely that I expected it to be packed but there was hardly anyone there at 8pm on a Saturday night. The hotel was easy to find as long as you don't make the mistake of going via the Kings Road (turn left off the road running by the river after Chelsea bridge). The NCP car park leads straight to the hotel via some steps and was £4.00 for the evening - great for London! The views were wonderful and it felt like being in Spain with the marina outside. There was a decking area for drinking / dining outside in the summer but equally as lovely inside. The bar had a live piano player and the service was very friendly. The cocktail list is extensive and not very expensive. Regular cocktails are £9.00 and champagne cocktails are £11. They did have one for £150 but don't let that put you off! The meal was wonderful. I had a swordfish salad and it was beautiful. I had the rack of lamb which came with spinach and cous cous and was also really nice. The house white was Berry Brothers Chardonnay for £5 a glass which I thought was very reasonable. The entire meal came to £75 for 2 of us and we will definitely be coming again. I almost didn't write this review because I am afraid that everyone else will discover it and we won't get a table.

Had a business lunch there recently and very nice it was too. Good food without being overly spectacular. Nice, simple wine list. Service was attentive without being too fussy. Nice location too overlooking the harbour. Even on a winter's afternoon the room felt airy and light. Very good.
