I went on a Bateaux London cruise in July with my boyfriend and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the service was excellent and fast. We really liked the fact that there was a photographer on board and we came away with a beautiful souvenir of our night. I would have liked the cruise to be longer and maybe for some of the tables to be cleared away to allow more room for the after dinner dancing. The band was brilliant and it was an all round lovely evening. Will definitely be going back for another special occasion.

Superb, my wife and I cruised on the Naticia. Food good - but not great - but good is good enough, we didn't go for the food. Service exceptional - friendly, fast, can't praise enough. Boat looked a little shabby on the outside but beautifully adorned inside, space, luxury, superb wine selection. In short, really can't ask for more! We'll be back again. Thankz ... Mike and Mandy.

My husband and I went on a cruise aug 06. Over all we had a wonderfull & romantic evening evening much better than expected. The boat is very nice, people dress up and make it an occasion, the views are gorgeous and the entertainment was very very good - great sax player and singer - wonderfull! The food was better than we expected - it is not gourmet, but it is very nice and it is made with some ambition. The underlying recepies were really good, only the food was not as warm as one could wish for, but it can be expected when a lot of people are being fed at the same time, and still it tastet very good. The worst we can say of the dinner cruise is that it was a bit too short. After dinner there was only time for 4 dancing tunes and we could have danced all night... If the cruise was prolonged by a mere half hour or maybe 45 minutes, it would be a great improvement!

I booked a Bateaux dinner cruise for my husbands 40th birthday. It exceded my expectations. The staff were extremly friendly and the boat was gorgeous. We ate superb cuisine while gliding under briges that were all lit up and being entertained by live music. We were given an night to remember for the rest of our lives. Having had such a wonderful time we are booking another one for novemeber for fath in laws 80th! Thanks bateaux...

My siblings and I booked a Premier Dinner Cruise for our father's 70th. Whilst the jazz entertainment was good, and the cruise itself an enjoyable experience, the food and service was well below average. The staff were at best surly and rude and the service was erratic and unorganised. Our soups arrived cold - which we had to send back twice to be reheated. The main courses were again passable but still not piping hot. Overall I would say it was not an experience my family and I would like to repeat. Definitely not value for money.
