We went for a team lunch at Tentazioni, after a friend's recommendation. being italian, I am always suspicious when non italian friends recommend italian venues. I should have trusted my friend! Tentazioni was great. The set menu is extremely good value, the service is excellent and the food was very very nice, light, yet flavoursome. my starter had mozzarella, roasted figs on filo pastry and was delicious, while my main was a vegetarian cous cous, with mozzarella (i love mozzarella, what can I do) and roasted pumpkin.

I cannot wait to return for an evening, intimate, meal.

The more often I go, the better it gets. I enjoy the excellent service and the recommendations made for food and wine.

A little less truffle oil would occasionally help, but the quality remains excellent.

I was taken to Tentazioni for my birthday and it was, as usual, absolutely delightful. The service is attentive without being overwhelming and friendly but still sincere. The food was both beautifully presented and well cooked, with well considered combinations of flavours. This is a local gem and deserves to be well supported.

Took my wife there with a 2 for 1 offer from O2. Really friendly enthusiastic Italian staff, but very slow. We only ordered two mains with wine, as we had to go to a performance , and still this took about an hour. Both dishes were really average. Looked pretty good, but my fish was over cooked and far too salty, my wife's dish was bland and tasteless, with mushroom that tasted of paper. The wine list seemed very very pricey. Nice place, but would expect better for the price.

Ate there last night. At half-price it's really hard to complain. Portions were generous - starters are really more like primi patti than antipasti, and every plate was sent back clean. Service was particularly friendly, but markedly slow - not that this mattered particularly on a dark wet night. Would definitely go back but probably not to pay full price - food was good but not exciting enough to justify the full a la carte prices.
