This branch of Itsu was a regular haunt when I lived in London and is still a local food stop whenever I'm back in town!
I think this may now be the only kaiten-belt branch of Itsu now, which is a bit sad as the food is very good quality and superb value for money (especially when compared to other similar chains of the same price range).
Granted, the menu isn't the most authentically-Japanese of the alternatives available in London, and the sushi/sashimi offerings are largely limited to salmon and tuna. But we love the prawn crystal rolls, the steamed stem broccoli and seaweed salad are tasty but healthy, and the salmon tataki with fresh wasabi peas are deliciously filling.
Despite the place being constantly busy, we have always had a booth seat and the waits are never long. The staff are always courteous and conscientious, and our final bill is always lower than expected. Will be back again next weekend!
