WOW is all I can say. What an Italian restaurant! The food is to die for. The service friendly and attentive. I totally reccomend this restaurant, one of the best in Knightsbridge if not in London. Top dishes the tagliolini verdi gratinati and the fillet of beef with foie gras and tropea onions. Amazing.

I'm afraid that all I can say is avoid this place like the plague. If you like Pizza Hut quality pasta at Zafferano prices, with the added frisson of surly and unsmiling service, then this is the place for you. When we visited a few weeks ago, the place was deservedly almost empty. The only smile we got was from the nice lady on the door - hats off to the recruitment team by the way, it must be pretty hard to find an entirely charmless group of Italian waiting staff. The real high spot of the Toto's experience is its treatment of customers with disabilities. Two words. Indifferent disdain. There is no wheelchair access (which I had rather assumed was illegal following the Disability Discrimination Act) and the disabled member of our party had to be carried down in her wheelchair. Only one waiter was prepared to assist when we left. She found the entire experience demeaning and upsetting. On this particular occasion, we had no choice but to remain in the restaurant as we were guests. I don't blame our hosts (who had been told that there was access, without being told that the access was restricted to the bar). I do, however, blame the management - who also decided not to give the disabled member of our group a menu, having assumed (of course) that she couldn't read as well as walk. Shame on you Toto's.

What a great pleasure it was to have lunch at Toto's last week-end. It was to celebrate my wife's birthday and what a treat it was.The whole experience was superb and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is looking for delicious and beautifully presented food. Service was A1 and we were made to feel very welcome indeed.
My advice...book it next time you want to celebrate a special occasion- you will not be disappointed !

Great evening, my friend and I dined at Toto's last night, and had such a lovely evening, the staff made us so welcome, and offered good advice with our menu selection, especial mention to Mr. Simoneon's olive crusted sea bass which was so delicious, and our starters. The wine choices suggested by the manager really made our meal. From start to finish WONDERFUL!

I order often from this restaurant through roomservice.co.uk! I reaaaaaally enjoy the food! Have also eaten there and service is very good, but the decor is quite outdated. Strongly recommend it though. Only one criticism....they used to have the most amazing chocolate desert which is no longer on the menu...:(

My wife and I went for lunch last Saturday. The restauarant is very attractive and the staff welcoming. The set lunch menu was such good value that we went for that. The food was superb and we also had a very good bottle of Vernaccia and I had an excellent glass of the Chianti house wine. There was not much atmosphere but it was the day that London ground to a halt because of the snow and they had received a number of cancellations. Overall it was outstanding and we would thoroughly reommend it.

I would say THE best Italian restaurant in London, if not one of the BEST restaurants of any kind in London. The food is the highlight of the restaurant. All the plates are presented as if they were masterpieces, and the flavours are tantilising and always strike the right note. My favourite has to be the Asparagus with the Poached Egg and Pancetta and Fresh Homemade Ravioli with Ricotta, Rocket and Sundried Tomatoes. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND this restaurant to anyone in town who is looking to spend a gourmet evening out. In the evening the ambience is also very romantic, but at the same time perfect for a business dinner, garden also beautiful in the summer, lovely eating out.

Went to Toto's last night with a party of six, including a 9-year old. Everyone had a wonderful evening. The food was delicious and the staff were delightful. We'll definitely be going back.

Really excellent food, fantastic service (thanks Giuseppe!) and a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. The homemade pasta was a definite winner. I will definitely be coming back.

The best restaurant in London, if not in the whole of the UK. My mixed salad, which is a simple dish, was heavenly. With a delicate vinaigrette and plenty of vegetables, including over 4 different types of salad, broccoli, mange tout and asparagus tips. My main was of fresh pasta black spaghetti, again the quality was incredible and such heavenly, fresh fish. The ambience resembles that of a grand dining room, with a magnificent Murano glass chandelier and a spectacular wooden fireplace, which I was told belonged to lady Clementine Churchill whose squash court Toto’s Restaurant was. In all, a fantastic experience, and I cannot wait to return. Oh, service very attentive and delightful, friendly manners. My compliments to all the staff at Toto’s.
