Use this great local Italian-Sardinian- restaurant fairly often and every visit- lunch/dinner not disappointed! Attentive service , lovely fresh pasta and innovative cuisine
Wine list VERY Italian but well selected but needs navigating- the Vermentino 2007 at £26 is fantastic value and quality

Just before Xmas, I held my 3rd Xmas lunch for my managers at Pellicano. As always, the service was fantastic. We ate in the downstairs dining room (which has recently been refurbished) and had a table for 14. Our food arrived quickly and was of the very best quality. The staff were friendly, attentive but also allowed us "space". I highly recommend Pellicano, it's great value for money. All the food is fresh and the pasta and desserts are made on the premises.

Running late and struggling to find somewhere that served decent food after the seemingly requisite 2.30pm kitchen-closed decision of other venues in the area, my boyfriend and I stumbled across this restaurant, hidden from the manic King's Road for the most fantastic sunday lunch. It may be slightly pricier than I would usually choose for a sunday lunch, but the experience was more than worth the money. The service was fantastic without being obtrusive, the food tasted absolutely fresh, cooked to perfection with a great and varied selection with portions the perfect size - I especially liked the fact that pasta main courses come in both starter and main size so that I could have a fantastic carpaccio starter, and a simply unbelievable chill and crab tagliatelli, finished by the must unbelieveable chocolate torte I have ever had (you have to wait 15 mins for it but that just ensures you able to cope with the pure chocolate oozing out of its casing.... not to be missed!) without feeling over-full, yet not able to eat another bite! And the boyfriend could have a man's size pasta. The wine was fantastic - a great choice for any budget. Overall it is a chilled environment, nothing too trendy or glitzy, but also not too boring. It's just a great venue to relax and enjoy real food and authentic Italian hospality - my opinion validated by the presence of Italian families on neighbouring tables.

I love Pellicano as the service is as good as the food. I love the carpaccio and the pasta with lobster is a family favourite. It is a lovely space for a romatic dinner or a family get-together and they will always be courteous. I always relish my trips here!

Dreadful meal, dreadful evening - really one of the worst I have had ever. The service sloppy and slow, the food overpriced and mediocre and the portions inadequate. The average age of the clientele is about 90 - DO NOT come here for a romantic meal or if you want a laugh with a bunch of friends.

My father and I stumbled upon this restaurant by mistake, and had one of the best meals I can ever remember.
Not only was the caprese salad and bread to die for, but the pasta innovative and delicious (pea and aspargus, and bacon sauce with home cooked tagliatelle), and the desert absolutely gorgeous.
The service was amazing (often several waiters at one time) and the wine lovely. I will definitely be returning.

My wife and I dined at Pellicano on Friday evening, July 21st. It was a very hot week in London and Pellicano distinguished itself in several ways.
The decor and atmosphere are summery and relaxing, and eventhough the service is working very hard, they are willing to let you relax and enjoy your dinner. The restaurant features some menu items that take extra time to cook.
The food was delicious, the spatchcock was particularly good. A good wine list with a range of affordable and pricier wines.
Pellicano appears in many ways to be a Sardinian bistro very much connected to the people who live in the surrounding Chelsea neighborhood -- and has an upscale neighbhorood feel.

my other half and i have been to this restaurant on many occasions ever since staying at a hotel in knightsbridge one valentines. my boyfriend had not made any reservations for dinner, so we went to the lobby and asked the receptionist to recommend a restaurant for us. when we arrived at pellicanos we were suprised as it is in a back street hidden away from the main road, however once inside you enter into a romantic, modern and cosy environment and the food is just fantastic. i recommend the lamb its superb A*****!!! if this restaurant was in full veiw of the public i have no doubt that it would be hard to get a reservation.
