Great little pub tucked away in a very civilised part of town. Little bit cramped but the food was very good and the atmosphere very pleasant. Not cheap though.

Went last night and everything was OK apart from, the soft drinks were in very tall narrow glasses, which are gone after 2 gulps, and I'd swear the extra portion of mash I ordered was "pre-made" Tesco finest taste's better.
If I were to go again I would eat in the bar, as the restaurant has zero atmosphere, the bar had stacks of it.
The bill was £70 inc s/charge which was reasonable for what we had.
Service and food was great.....apart from that extra portion of mash!

Great pub/restaurant, the food is fantastic but the menu isn't incredible. The staff are helpful and friendly, the wine list is reasonable, the decor is pretty good and it has a great ambience.
