This is a regular haunt of ours. Great local restaurant. Must have eaten there 20 times in the last 2 years. Consistently good.

I have absolutely no idea what Micheal was talking about, since its revamp I have eaten in Wimbledon about half a dozen times and would rate it as one of my favourite restaurants,

The food and service are top notch, the desserts are one of my personal favourites, all in all I can honestly say I have had nothing but a delightful time at Piaf

This is possibly one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. I'm not sure it's even worthy of being described as a restaurant.

The service was appalling. I let the fact I ordered sparkling water and received still water pass but one really shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes between the starter and main.

The lack of staffing was obviously a problem.

A tip to the owner of this shambolic 'slow food diner', find a carpenter to mend the main door.

The door would not stay closed and it was mainly left to those eating to stand up and close it themselves. Apart from the annoyance of feeling a very cold breeze every 3 minutes, the restaurant had no heating apart from a single electric heater. The place was freezing! Certainly good for keeping the beer cold but any other advantage passed me by.

The food itself was OK. Nothing to shout about, (although you'd probably be too tired from shouting about the service, heating and open door by this point anyway.)

Moreover, the prices were extortionate in comparison to the quality of food and service.

Altogether this is no more than an expensive McDonalds. In any case, my guess is that the salad is better in McDonalds.
