Never trust the waiter!!! They are very pushy for you to order more than required and may apply hidden costs to your meal. We ordered a dish that contained very little meat and the quality was unsatifactory. They then tried to charge us a very over inflated price above that in the menu. Watch out in receiving condiments that have not been ordered but are chargable.

It’s a shame that venues like this one are more concerned about receiving the highest revenue from their patrons rather than providing them a rewarding and respectful experience with value.

We would strongly recommend you try another more honest venue !!!!

I have been eating at Memories of India for the last 16 years.

Overall I have a pleasant experience, although 90% of the time I get a take away.

I think the food is full of flavour, and the chicken madras with garlic naan would certainly be recommended. Although the food is on the whole pleasant, although sometimes oily, the service is the real gem. Incredibly attentive without being intimidating, every time I go, i always get a free drink and usually the manager gives me a box of sweets!! Its always a very nice touch to a good evening meal.

What a big rip off!

Food was okay, and service good (?), BUT never trust the waiter!! We originally wanted to have 2 separate meals on the menu but he recommended to have one big dish for two. We ended up with a far too expensive bill. NO value for money!! Will never go there again

Food was ok, service was acceptable, prices were obscene/dishonest. Almost anywhere else is better. They'll keep bringing unwanted food and charge whatever they want. Never again.
