++ : food is really tasty, lot of choices, waiters are pleasant, cocktails are great, we did not wait long either to be seated or to be served, they are really organised,

- - : it is very noisy, you sit very close to other people if you sit at a table for two, food and drinks are quite expensive even if the quality is very good (we paid 160 pounds for a two courses meal + 2 glasses of red wine + 2 cocktails)

My boyfriend took me here for my 20th birthday. We had the set Sunday dinner and the food was delicious. He was a bit worried because there had been a few bad reviews. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were friendly. There was a problem with our reservation but that only happened because we moved it forward an hour and someone must have forgotten to put it on the system. It got sorted right away when my boyfriend showed them the email.

The food came at a reasonable time after we ordered it and their Lychee Storm was amazing. Their hot and sour soup is mouth-watering! I wanted more! My boyfriend said their sauce (for the chicken satay) was incredible. Definitely try this place if you're in the area.

The atmosphere was lovely and it is a really nice place to go for dinner. Remember this: people are more likely to write a bad review than a good one. So try it out anyway! Have fun if you go there!

I won't go again, I seen their food on Gordon Ramsay's programme. It did look impressive but it all on TV nothing in real. I went to the restaurant on my wife's birthday but was absolute disappoinment after spending £70, though that wasn't include alchohol apart from one glass of wine. We had return our starter as it looked and test like hight stree £1 take away. I love thai food but cetainly not at Mango tree

Mango Tree is simply one of the most exceptionally great Thai restaurants in London. I have lived in Thailand over two years, my fiancé is Thai and believe me when I say that I know what I'm talking about when I say that this is a brilliant and most authentic Thai dining experience.

Mien Kum (found only in the most authentic Thai restaurants as the fresh Betel leaf is hardly found in your local Tesco) was my starter, and it was every bit as brilliant as that served in Thailand. I followed that with the most exquisite Red Snapper special dish which was so brimming with flavour, my mouth is watering now just reminiscing about it.

Service was absolutely at Michelin Star level - friendly, warm, expertly attentive, with professional deference to the customer's every wish. They must go out of their way to ensure waiters and waitresses exude excellence at every moment. The menu is wide and exceptionally varied with many, many wondrous specialities, and the décor is most uplifting - indeed only a stone's throw from the palace. The wine and cocktail list is just as long and varied, and my cocktail was also most flavoursome.

I could not fault Mango Tree in any way, although it is most comfortable it is also a very lively experience, so don't come for quietness, come for the most excellent, authentic Thai cuisine. We finished our meal with the most perfectly crafted Kao Niao Mamoun (Mango with Sticky rice) - sumptuously delicious. Do not miss Mango Tree! Those whose experience was dissimilar should stick to Pizza Hut ...where they belong. Mango Tree is Thai excellence epitomised.

Only just found out the other day that Mango Tree and Awana are sister restaurants. Both restaurants are just heaven!

Mango Tree was such a treat for my 2 girls and wife. They all loved it, and so did i!

We were welcomed by the staff and made to feel so comfortable through the whole dining experience. The food was cooked to perfection and actually quite frankly swept us off our feet,

The mango sticky rice dessert was amazing! My wife ordered another portion just for herself as she loved it that much!

The owner of Awana and Mango Tree really has done a good job and brought out two restaurants that really do serve delicious food.

Atmosphere, the interior and the friendly service where OK. But the quality of the food and the service was far below level.

Scallops complety overcooked until they were pieces of chewing gum. Kings prawns just the same. Duck was like shoesoles, uncuttable with the dull knives. One starter forgotten and served 15 minutes later.

Unexceptable errors against the ABC of cooking, in a restaurant of this price category.

We went to this restaurant for a friend's Birthday and had a table booked for 8pm. for 10 people.

We arrived promply at 7:50pm and were seated at our table. Our order was not taken until 9:20 pm , the waiters just walked passed us, our starters didnt come till another hour later (10:20), after we asked where the food was.

Some of us ordered the starter platter which was a good mix of different starters, but the quality was average, especially after waiting two hours to see some food. The vegetarian soup was good however

At 11 pm the food arrived, the pad thai was good and well presented, the pineapple fried rice was very good but the portion was quite small. All in all the food was average.

We had brought a cake to cut, which was left on the reception table in full view of the birthday girl , which was not very delicate of them, after they lit the cake in full view of the table which spoilt our surprise.

I had expected a lot more from Mango tree dining experience, the service was awful, the atmosphere was very loud, i felt more like i was in a canteen than a restaurant , we had to shout to be able to converse with the person next to us,

The food was ok, not amazing but was very pricey for the quality, the price does not reflect the quality.

There are so many better restaurants in london. i will not be going back any time soon.

Place was very noisy and it seemed that the restaurant was determined to pack as many people as possible. We ordered starters which were quite frankly terrible.NO TASTE. The main course was very bad, the pheasant was quite good but other dishes like fish or beef were nothing special and disappointing given the fairly high price. Been asking to bring lemon, so in the end no lemon only lime. :-( then hot towels for the hand they gave as when we had our dessert ( what can i say) Very bad service!!!! In the table was some mess no one come to clean!

There are so many other far better Thai restaurants in London I would certainly not be going back there for sure!

Disappointed!I have never tasted such bad Thai food in my life.

Have walked past many times and heard good worth of mouth recommendations. We booked a table through toptable, getting 50% of food - glad we did this as I don't think I'd be happy paying full price for food than honestly tasted like the sauce came from a jar - although a nice jar! Service was prompt but we struggled to understand the staff. When the bill arrived we noticed we were charged for 2 bottles of wine that were twice the price of the wine was had asked for. I spoke to a member of staff about this but could not understand what the reply was, when I asked if it would be corrected I had to guess from nodding heads. The correct bill was then produced but we were told that the waitress had made a mistake and would be paying the balance of the wine herself - rather unprofessional. Don't think I'll be returning.

Having been to the amazing Awana Malaysian Fine Dining Restaurant, I thought i'd try Mango Tree (Sister Restaurant of Awana). Mango Tree was just as good and my partner and I had a great time! The food is delicious and cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed the pad thai noodles and the spring rolls! The only thing I would complain about, is the restaurant being very noisy as it is very crowded. The service was great and all the staff look very presentable! Will return back soon most definetly!
