your comments review this restaurant and win a bottle of champagne
Fetched up here for Fathers Day lunch after being badly let down by The Landseer. Despite a rather late start (afternoon tea was being served to some guests) we couldn't have had a warmer welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. High quality and generous platefuls don't always go together, but they did here, and when the wine we selected was not available we were offered tastes of two compatible alternatives before choosing. Kir royale was carefully poured to avoid mixing liqueur and wine in the glass before serving - clever!
