I have been to Chada Chada a few times now and my most recent visit learned that the prices have gone up and the portion sizes alot smaller. The service has also done downhill - the waitress could not undertsand me when I aksed for ice in my water.

Went here for a friend's birthday a few weeks ago. The atmosphere was good, but the service was nothing special. Starters were very good (great Thai fishcakes, satay chicken and tempura prawns), but was a little disappointed in the mains, which in some cases lacked authenticity (pineapple in a Mussuman curry?!)
Overall, fairly happy, but I don't think I'd go back again for the prices.

Went there with my boyfriend last night (New Year's Eve!) on a last-minute whim and was very pleasantly surprised. Staff were lovely - really friendly, helpful and attentive without being being intrusive or obsequious.
Large enough menu to offer plenty of choice (including many vegetarian dishes). Everything we chose was delicious - well-flavoured, spicy (but not too hot), nice crunchy veg in the curries, tasty duck.
All in all, a very agreeable place to eat out in the West End, a calm, relaxed place just off Oxford Street. A real find and reasonably priced.

My partner and I visited Chada Chada for lunch one weekday. Although the menu is simple there were enough options to choose from for lunch.
The food was very nice with adequate portion sizes. The service was good, but nothing outstanding.
Although we had a pleasant lunch it was not an outstanding dining experience. I would not consider going back there for dinner as it did lack atmosphere.
