We had dinner here last night (new years eve)

The restaurant is very trendy and a great place to impress a date.

The food was lovely and service was good to.

We will be going back again sometime in the near future.

I went there with my girlfriend, pushed by the excellent review.

We went during the week and were placed near the interior court. Very nice view.

The restaurant being not crowded at all, we enjoyed a professional service, discrete (as we like) and efficient.

The food was good but not amazing according to our (French) taste. In Paris this kind of food would be cheaper (about 20£ for the main course). It is however true that in Central London it is not easy to find such a standard of food quality. That's why we gave a 7 to the food.

I have organised a Christmas Dinner for 40 people - last year.

The food was excellent, the service professional, the atmospehere was great and the most important was that Everybody loved the food. They did not expect that! (Because of previous experience during busy Christmas period)

I would recommend to anyone to go : whether is for a function, drivate dinner, romantic dinner - this place is just the right one!

Took my girlfriend here last night for Valentines Day and we both really enjoyed it. The food in all three courses was excellent. I thought some of the service was a little on the slow side at times but otherwise it was very friendly and professional. It has an atmosphere that suits those more significant occasions such as Valentines Day etc, especially with the impression you get when first entering. I would recommend this place for that purpose; it's a bit on the expensive side for regular dining.

I used to work nearby and have eaten here since it opened.

The service is the best I know anywhere - France not excluded.

The ambience is very pleasant, considerably better than the older sister restaurant in the Aldwych.

The food is distinctive. Not my own favourite - the chef is just slightly too interested in making the dish different rather than focusing on bringing out the best of his ingredients. But that is me - many food lovers would really like what is on offer.

Overall this is an excellent and handily located restaurant which I would include among my favourites.

We booked a table online for 9pm last Friday(8th December). There was a certain wow factor when entering the restaurant which pleased me as I was showing spanish friends around London. We had the Menu fixe-2 courses and i must admit there wasn't alot of choice. Everyone had at least one course that they weren't too fond of- soup had a strange flavour- chicken breast was not very hot- waffles were soggy but all in all value for money-we only paid 13.50 each for 2 courses. The staff were worse than the food. We were served by two foreign girls who were just miseries- it really did make you feel like you had to grovel for them to bring you anything. We went for a drink in the very hip and long bar afterwards which made the evening.
