Went to this restaurant at lunchtime today (30th June 2010), arrived there at 12:10, ordered food at 12:30pm, which still had not arrived at 13:00pm, and one of the diners ordered the Chicken in sour dough bread ( which arrived at 13:15), and there was no mayonnaise on the plate, or spinch, the chicken was dry and cold and the excuse given for the 15mins delay after everyone else was that had "run out" of chips, service was appalling, attitude of staff was unhelpful, and the food was disgusting, this restaurant gives a bad view of Browns as a whole, the best Browns is at Old Jewry an excellent restaurant, staff are friendly, helpful and very accomodating.
