Carluccio's was one of the best places I've eaten for accommodating allergies and special requests. Being dairy and gluten free it is often a stressful situation but they were able to offer choice and advice and happy to vary the extensive menu to suit.
Food service was slow but we did arrive mid-rush-hour and we were not left unattended it was also always with a smile and very polite. The place is very Italian and a good sign was the numerous Italian customers as well as staff! The acoustics are terrible though and the nearest toilet was in a very poor state in comparison to the top floor rest-rooms.
The food was gorgeous and I highly recommend it - just don't expect a quick bite in rush-hour!
