The Loop

I've been to the Loop for the second time now,had a lovely time. The food was excellent and staff very friendly. Once my meal was finished I went to the club and carried on dancing and drinking for the rest of the night. Great value for money and totally recommend the place

We had dinner at the loop few days ago and we very much enjoyed it(dinner,service and atmospher)was amazing!!I do recommend going there.

In new years eve I bought on the web some tickets for the loop, I went there with my tickets, I had to wait for more than one hour in the queue (why?? I have my tickets already.. let me get in!) and after that, they said that they oversold tickets and there is no way to get in... this people are greedy, they ruined my new years eve night, I havent booked any other thing and was already late.. Ill never go to an event in that place or recomend it, im still with the hassle of getting the refund as they didnt gave my money back in there.

Friendly reception received from security to bar staff, not the same once we reached the restaurant. Due to the number of guests no staff were free to seat or greet us till our presence caused an obstruction. Service left a lot to be desired, as did the food. Many of the dishes on offer were bland. Also had diffuculties with the rest of my reservation for a booth in the club. I reccomend the bar and club but might reconsider when chosing this place to eat.

After not booking for this Restaurant we were worried we wouldnt get in but we were seated straight away! With only another 2 tables sat there wasnt much atmosphere but the music and the busy bar made up for that! The food was great and the large cocktail menu left us spoilt for choice! After eating we moved into the cosy bar area which was nice and we would have gone downstairs to the club if we werent so stuffed!!!

The Restaurant is small but there is enough room and we didn't feel cramped. Overall the decor is good although the lights are dim so its hard to see how clean the place might really be. We were early for our booking but were taken to our table and as we waited for other members of our party the staff were very attentive. The Loop restaurant is very popular with large groups mainly girls out on hen nights and birthdays and can get quite lively. If you are going there as a smaller party get there earlier as the service does deteriorate when the larger groups turn up but overall the food was good and the staff tried their best - the management obviously need to try and get a couple of more waiters. We had a great time and were not rushed and the meal was good value. If you want a lively night out with a bar and a club in the same premises then this is a good choice.

Totally disappointed. Took 3/4 hr to evven get seated in the restaurant even though I had booked it 6 weeks before. The waiter took 40 mins to bring out any drinks and then laughed when it was wrong. The starter took another 3/4 hr. Main another 3/4. We complained 3 times as we were on a hen night. We got so fed up we abondoned the dessert. The only thing that was good was that we were given 50% off the tab. But when your out on a hen night with 15 friends all you want is good efficient service. The whole operation was a total joke. Thanks to the blonde male supervisor, he made a good job of trying to sort out all the other members of staffs mistakes. Thanks to you Mr.

Fantastic restaurant!! The restaurant itself looked great and the service was fast and friendly. The food was really good and the 4 paged cocktail menu gave us a great range of drinks to choose from all of which were well priced. Id would recomend this restaurant to anyone!!

I've been to The Loop about 5 or 6 times now, and each experience is great. The Lunch menu is such good value, and the food is always really nice. I love the Chicken Fagittas, there fab I tell you. Then you get happy hour, where i tend to stay for the whole 2 hours! The evenings get busy but the atmosphere down stairs is amazing, especially with big group of friends, all sitting round on the comfy chairs. The food and service is as good in the evening too- though it gets very busy so wont be AS snappy!!
