Family meal for 2 adults and 1 child 23.04.14

Very poor, overpriced and overhyped. Barmaid did not know the difference between bitter and lager, meal arrived (burger) and the meat in the middle was raw and i dont mean rare i mean raw, this was sent back un eaten and the manager came over and said he would not charge me for it, well thanks alot. then they played adele, now i'm not anti adele but its not really hard rock is it.

Get a grip HRC if your charging loads for burgers at least do a good job of it.

My advice is to give it a miss.

The shop is also overpriced but the basement memorobillia studio is worth a look.

go to Byron instead and get a better meal and save a load of money.

FOOD 1

At that speed of service and quality the food is precooked or not cooked by order. The food is tasteless, dry, burn, no seasoning. Dirty staff, waiters, cooks, no interest from management. The cafe is so busy in a Saturday night with two floors and waiting list, this making impossible to serve fresh food.

Dirty, rude, unprofessional.

ATMOSPHERE 1

Rude, offensive, in their opinion by being a idiot or without education it means a great atmosphere.

VALUE FOR MONEY 1

A tourist trap, viewed from a person not interested in their food or without knowledge about food, drink, service, drinks, restaurants.

Go to McDonald's - much better way to spend £5

Friday, April 01, 2011 - Where do I start? Perhaps with the onion rings, and a breadcrumb casing that shattered at the slightest touch and left you to fight with a slimy grey tapeworm of chewy onion inside; or perhaps with the buns which were splintered and desiccated, as flavourless and insubstantial as polyester sofa cushion filling. But no, let's talk about the meat itself - grey, crumbly and bitter thanks to disastrous overcooking, accompanied by a square of salty carbon I can only guess had once been streaky bacon, and yet topped incredibly with a sheet of largely cold - and uncooked - cheap cheddar.
