The worst waitress experience that I have EVER encountered. This woman yelled at us for sitting in the wrong seating area. Then when we explained to her that we had been told to sit there by her manager, she walked away from us and said that she didn't have time to listen to our stories. Then she came over later to say more rude things. We were so shocked that we left. We didn't want to be there and obviously they don't want you to be there either. Only go there if you are already drunk and can be immune to such unrivaled rudeness.

Really bad serving and really arrogant staff in general.
Thinking about the place is in the middle of London, they have a lot of work to do to make it to "a place to be".
Right now it's just a discount place for students. Cool enough for them, but they could earn much more money under a new management and with a new secruity-staff. The bar-staff is good enough!!!
