I can't believe how bad the staff are at this place. They ignore and are incredibly rude! And they have no sense of customer care! Not only did our food take well over an hour to come it was made more angry when me and my friend saw people come in after us and get served and leave and we waiting there for our food! Not only that! Would not recommend going to this over priced but rude place ever again. And the most frustrating thing? The food was pretty damn good but the staff and general lack of care for customers ruined this experience all together. -.-

The customer service was awful, the staff were aggressive and the manager refused to deal with his staff.

My partner and I had dinner at TGI Leicester Square on July 1st, 2010. My partner had an off-putting experience eating at another TGI in Essex a few years ago. I, on the other hand was a first timer.

We were seated straight away. The staff was very polite and helpful.

We both ordered the Double Stacked Friday's Burger, Pina Coladas, a Pineapple Sunshine, and a Strawberry lemonade slush. What can I say apart from both food and drinks were vile. The cocktails were watery. We were both looking forward to a nice creamy pina colada as we had not had any for quite a while. What a disapointment. It tasted of water, was not creamy at all. Just like washing up water. Both soft drinks were tasteless. Hardly any juices or lemonade whatsoever but a fair amount of crushed ice.

The four sorry onions rings on the top of the burgers were over cooked, the steaks were dry, and the fries way too salty and overcooked. If you ever want a burger, order it medium if you don't want to end up eating a shoe sole.

We ended up having one meal knocked back from the bill. In the end it still was too pricey for the quality and what we ate off of it (half of it went to waste). I couldn't even force myself to finish it off knowing the price of it.

I went to the ladies room and found it dirty.

The music was way too loud. We could not hear ourselves talking to each other. It was very unpleasant. You just want to rush eating your food and get out.

All in all, I would not go back to TGI Friday's and would not recommend this to anyone. Next time we will try the steak house next door!
