Delhi Brasserie

Went here as could not get into other indian restaurants in the area that were booked. Should have taken that as a warning as the food was over salted and very average. my local provincial curry house is better.

I suppose they rely on one of customers coming out of Ronnie Scotts next door.

Reasonable food - the house rice and the naan were excellent, everything else was decent but nothing special. 4.50 for a cup of tea was ridiculous and they added 10% service to the bill and then set up their credit card machine to ask if I wanted to pay a gratuity on top. I left feeling mildly exploited and won't go back.

Service was great, attentive staff even though we were squirreled away in the back room. Drinks and food were served promptly and without fuss. Food was good, certainly above usual quality for price in the christmas meal deal and there was plenty of it. Have been given money off card for future visits and although i rarely eat in town will consider it.
