What a great little find. A lovely small restaurant away from the popular Broadway, but good enough to make the effort to go to. A friendly French owner and his staff provide fantastic traditional French food, at a fairly reasonable price.

Les Associes is our favourite restaurant in our local area - always helful, excellent food with real value for money, a "proper" eatery hundreds of miles away from the chain experience. I am about to book a table for this Friday...

Went here for a romantic evening with my wife.
The waiting staff appeared to be new and I could see a lot of bickering out back.
We waited an hour between starter and main course and had to endure "regulars" receiving their meals before us, even though they had arrived later.
My fillet of lamb came well done (when I asked for it pink) when it eventually arrived so I sent it back. After debating with my wife we decided to cancel my main course as hers would have gone cold by time a replacement woul arrive.
Very sad - won;t be returning.

The owner and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating when six of us turned up for an evening meal. One of my guests had a limited list of things she could eat, so the chef sorted out a delightful dish especially for her. The rest of enjoyed some amazing dishes off the main menu. Have been back three times now and am always impressed by the friendly atmosphere and delicious cuisine. Highly recommended!

Went for an anniversary meal and must admit to being disappointed. The room is pretty shabby and the service was lacklustre. The food was standard french fare, nice enough but not worth a trip from far afield. Desserts were the best bit I'd say (taster selection of various ones was fabulous). The waitress didn't know the names of the cheeses she brought out as a complimentary course. It was however decent value. So overall I wasn't disapppointed but I wouldn't go on a special journey to get there. The sunday lunch looks good value and I can imagine going for that with a group of friends more readily than a romantic dinner for two.
