Went with 6 people and we weren't impressed. The service was good, & staff nice and friendly, only one big problem, the food!
Mussaman curry was watery and tasteless, big hard chunks of boiled potato thrown in! Pad Thai wasn't like any other Pad Thai i've ever eaten, should be crispy noodles and full of flavour, but was bean shoots no noodles!? also watery & minus the flavour. Shame, the place is nice but the food let's it down badly.

Good service but bad food. Massaman curry was tasteless and watery. Pad Thai was dry and not particularly flavourful. Broccoli was nice but portion too small. Wouldn't visit again - there are far better Thai restaurants in London.

Visted here at 10.30pm post theatre as it was convenient but the place was nearly empty on a Wednesday night. Looks like other readers comments about 'watery' curry is true and they are stretching the base with a large addition of water to both the Thai green and red duck curry that I tried. After I complained she offered 10% off, then removed it from the bill entirely. Perhaps they assume that everyone through their door is a tourist but it doesn't deserve any business with the price/quality ratio.

It is a place I used to visit with my boyfriend fairly often. Last night we went again after a while and were very excited about having a great dinner. However it was very disappointing. We ordered jungle beef curry, some stir fry and portion of fish cakes. Both dishes were absolutely tasteless. The curry in particular was really watery and I was struggling to get any flavor out of it. Service was quite friendly but food was of a very poor quality. Bill of £35 isn't bad at all but seems bit too high if you leaving the restaurant absolutely unsatisfied. What a shame! We used to love this place!

Dined here with 2 pals on 11th May 2009. The fusion of tastes was amazing. We all had a bit of eachothers dish and all of them were fantastic and the portions were generous enough as well. Thai wine was good too. I think they say its fascinating and it is. Couldn't really grumble about the service - it was fine.

Not great. Beef Curry was very watery. However, atmosphere was lively and service pretty good.

Been there for lunch with a colleague, not impressed at all. Avoid this restaurant if you want to have reasonably decent Thai food.

Very inexperienced staff. Hardly spoke English. I ordered a Gin and Tonic and small glass was only half full. (Usually in the UK they give you the entire tiny bottle of Mixer). Ordered the L12 appetizer sampler. This was also very tiny. We asked for asked what kind of crisps another table was eating, they brought them to us, didn't say there was a charge, but they did charge us on our bill for it. I thought they were comp. Three times they tried to take our plates and glasses away before we finished. We decided to leave before even ordering entrees. Total bill $40 for almost nothing.

My friend and I dined there last night. After what seemed a promising start, things went very rapidly downhill. Fairly soon after our starter plates were removed, extremely hot plates for our main courses were brought to the table. But the plates had time to become stone cold by the time the food arrived and it only eventually came after we managed to contact a waiter to point this out.
Although the food was generally very tasty, I thought the service was dreadful. There appeared to be a lot of young, inexperienced staff waiting at tables but no-one who appeared to be in overall charge of them. My wine glass was whisked away by another waiter before it was even empty while I was typing in my pin number into the machine for the waiter who had asssumed charge of our table after we complained about the delay .
What I really object to is that they had put a 10% service charge in with the bill, without giving us the option to pay this. I don't agree with this method of bumping up the bill and always prefer to give any tips in cash which I imagine go straight to the staff rather than the management.
This place has the potential to be good, but until they get their act together and provide a more acceptable level of service, I'd advise giving this place a wide berth.

We dined on a Thursday night.
Good
Service was quick
Atmosphere fine
Bad:
The coconut soups weren't fantastic.
Spicy Lamb main dish had a very bad taste
Extras just added to the bill (reading a previous review seems to be a pattern here)
Persistent requests to add tip to payment by Visa card
Check your bill with these guys!!
