Attilio's is more than just a restaurant for me- it's the ultimate pick me up. The food isn't excessively fussy or anything remotely of the sort- instead it's simple and well-prepared, hearty, traditional Italian fare at very reasonable prices. Service is friendly, personable, and excellent, and in such a small cozy place the atmosphere is great. Best of all, you leave feeling like you can take on the world. Everyone in the area should come down and try this place- it's one of those restaurants you rarely stumble accross, as the army of regulars such as myself will surely attest to.

Beautifully decorated restaurant with stunning murals. Food is reasonably priced, but service is hurried - not an ideal restaurant for a slow, relaxed meal or for a romantic, intimate meal. We felt as though we were part of a production line, and that we were hurried through our meal to make way for the next table queuing outside. The restaurant is certainly popular, but the food was unimpressive, and the service lacking

Attilio's place is a lovely place to eat. The number one thing in there is the atmosphere and sense of fun from the staff. I recommend the cheese salad which was excellent - beautiful, crisp leaves and fresh, milky mozzarella (among other cheeses). Pizzas were not quite to my taste - unusual almost biscuit-like flavour and texture to the base. Had a seared tuna steak which was perfect for taste and texture but needed to simply be hotter. But I'd certainly recommend a visit - nice wines too. Ideal for a Friday after work.
