Excellent wait staff but poorly managed as a customer friendly enterprise. Whilst it was a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon the wait to order/drinks/food and the quality of the steak were not very appealing. It is so upsetting that great staff are not supported by good cooks in the kitchen.

My friend ordered a steak (allegedly 21 days matured) but the steak itself was more like a minute steak than the 6oz steak advertised on the menu. My friend had requested that the steak be cooked medium but given the flimsy thin size of the steak there was no way anybody could get this steak to medium! Not to mention the high amount of fat content, oily bottled sauce served as an accompaniment and cold chips.

The nachos my friend and me shared in the sun was nice. The New Zealand sauvignon blanc was pretty decent. Just don't try the house wine, which after drinking the NZ stuff was pretty much of a shock to the system.

The staff, especially the lovely Polish waitress, was lovely. I just think that it is unfortunate that the waiting staff have to put up with poor support from management (why were there only 2 people working tables outside?) and bad kitchen practices.

Interesting Decor quite pink and wierdly stylish! Drinks very expensive but food was good and served by a dedicated and friendly waitress. Really liked the music and thought it was the only fun bar in Canary Wharf as the rest were quite stale and full of City types. Would definately return if out that way again.

Terrible service from waitresses at the Canary Wharf bar, rude and think they are better than the paying customers!!! Not at all pleased, especially as we are regulars at Bar 38 in Covent Garden.

Oh what a gloriuos sunny Sunday afternoon. The perfect weather to sit outside with a pitcher of cocktail and some delious food, or so I thought!!!!

We turned up and found our table in the basking sunlight and tried desperatley to find a waiter/ess to take our order. After having waited for a while we decided to go inside and order at te bar! No we werent allowed to the barman said we had to wait for a waiter/ess to come to our table!!!!!!!!!

Out again we went to our sunny table and made eye contact with numrous staff none of which came to serve us. When someone eventaully came to our tablke he told us he couldnt take our order we had to wait for our waier.ess (whoever they were). Then the next table started kicking uo a fuss as their food hadnt arrived yet. So we left our sunny table and went somewhere else.

In short it has graet tables in the sun but if yoiu want a drink or some food dont go here!
