What an experience we had last Saturday, presented with menu, go for set menu, see prawns, which we both like, then told no prawns today, ok my husband had chicken, I had 4 fried flafel, ask if we can have chips with them, which are on the menu, told NO CHIPS TODAY only salad. We had our beginers, then before we had finished , next course just plonked on the table, cold by the time we had it. The salad was a disgrace, looked as if it had come from a large catering pack of prepared salad smothered in vinegar. Eating my second course I noticed the table behind had CHIPS, I remarked to the waiter they had chips, he said you can have them if you wish, too late, we had had enough and just wanted to get out. The restaurant is strange there is a terrible atmosphere, the waiters are surly, the owner plain rude. Two girls sat at the next table she was so rude to them they just walked out. Why were we forced to have this disgraceful salad, why do they advertise this menu in the window, when you get in told you can't have prawns or chips.

Having wanted to try this place for some time, I finally went last Sunday for lunch with a friend.
The food was okay, but nothing special. Better Lebanese meals can be had elsewhere for less money. What really ruined the experience was the service which was rude, patronising, and exceptionally slow.
I will not be returning.
