All in all very disappointing especially when you are treating customers and it ends up reflecting poorly on you. I will not be going back. Lets look at the four areas:
Food: There was at least four main items on the menu that were not available, this was not outlined before we ordered, most likely due to the fact that the list would have been too long if they had. The food when it did arrive was ok.
Service: Slow, very slow. I had to ask for an extra bottle of water three times before it arrived and it was very hard to get the attention of the staff. The sauces for the meat did not arrive and had to be re-ordered.
Atmosphere: Ok, but lift was out of order.
Value for money: I found the whole experience stressful and unpleasant as I had to constantly check that my customers were OK when that should have been the job of the staff. All in all I would say it was poor value as the experience was poor.

Went there with a friend. Very pleasant service and the food was pretty good. I did not really think there was a huge french touch but still, very good dinner.
I would recommend this restaurant for a couple or even business dinner, relaxing time and nice wine.

Eat here whenever you feel like a decent steak and chips. Has improved enormously over the last few years, perhaps there is someone new in the kitchen? Service is fine, brasserie style, and fairly hectic as it is does get very busy. I would recommend for an easy on the expense account lunch.

My boyfriend and I had a thoroughly enjoyable meal. The food was well cooked and prepared and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I did find it rather expensive for what it was and the service, although efficient, lacked the attention of what you would expect for the price. Especially as the service charge goes on the bill automatically. I would recommend the restaurant and expect that I will go back but be prepared for quite a pricey evening. Don't let them rush you!!

We ate there last week and the food, as always was very good, but fairly expensive.
However, We always get the feeling that they are more interested in getting you out again to enable more sittings/turnover than actually ensuring you have an enjoyable experience.
