Went here with some friends and ended up coming home to have dinner. Overpriced, not particularly tasty, when the food came out it was cold. the portions were tiny for the price paid and the main dishes weren't accompanied with rice or sides of any kind. We were charged for stale vegetable "salad" that was on the table when we arrived as well as charged for tap water.

Would never eat here again.

We have been coming here for over 10 years and can say that Al Sultan is our favorite Lebanese restaurant in London and we have searched high and low for a comparable experience elsewhere. None compare. The food is always very fresh, well prepared and above all delicious. We suggest ordering numerous hot and cold mezza's to try as many dishes as possible. You will not be disappointed.

The service is very good and regulars are welcomed as if you are entering someones home. As a gay American couple we have always been greeted warmly and treated with the same friendly and dignified service as the many Lebanese and Middle Eastern families that frequent here. We could not recommend a restaurant more highly.

This was the worst meal I have ever eaten in London. The food itself was pretty good, although no better (and twice the price) of anything you can get at the Lebanese places on Edgware Rd.

The service on the other hand was appaling. After finishing our starters the waiter brought desert for us, despite having ordered a main course. There seemed to be some confusion before our mains were eventually brought - both coming with no rice or potatoes of any sort (which meant I paid £12 for a few pieces of chicken). There was no indication on the menu that the dishes weren't accompanied with anything - and when we asked the waiter to bring us some rice it took about 20 minutes, by which time we'd finished eating.

To top it all off, the bill included a cover charge of £4 and the service was already included (needless to say we didn't pay it). The atmosphere was terrible and the waiters rude. Don't eat here!
