Just had dinner at Gows. The staff were unattentive, our table was set with glasses that already had half drunk drinks in them, they forgot our drinks, etc etc - overall disappointing but was luckily with relaxed people. To top it off it is overpriced for mediocre/poor quality food. Agree with other reviewer, that I would have rather had McD's from liverpool st stn than eat at this place. Never again - too many restaurants in the area to have to sacrifice a meal to that.

Service excellent, food was perfect, have been here twice now, and am going for the wife's birthday in weeks time, we ate in the restaurant downstairs, and would recommend it highly...

It's no exaggeration to suggest that a McDonalds would be preferable to a meal at Gow's. If they offered to pay me to eat there i'd rather go hungry. You're seriously diminishing your credibility to the point where I'll disregard any recommendation you make as a consequence of "rating" a place so far removed from decent food as Gows.
Absolute garbage is a compliment to the excuse for a meal I was just served at Gows :(
Even if you're offered a discount voucher, do yourself and others a favour and stay home.
