Harry's Bar Pizzeria

I have been a regular at Harry's Bar for the last 2 years and love every single visit..!!! The service is brilliant and you are always made to feel really welcome. There is always a lovely warm and freindly atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble,

The pizzas are without a doubt the best I have ever tasted outside of Italy and the fresh pasta dishes and risottos are also delicious.

If you do decide to visit make sure you book first if you are going at lunchtime as it gets busy.....I promise you will love it....!!!

I was not all that impressed. Service was quick enough, but the Capricciosa was very ordinary - almost verging on what you might call a "Vegetarian Capricciosa" - there was virtually no ham on it at all! I expected better, frankly.

Then when I paid (they added their own service charge, without letting the customer decide this, as in most restaurants) they didn't bother to return the change!

In fact, having written this, I realise I am not impressed at all.

Best Italian in London without a doubt. I have never considered going anywhere else after i found Harry's Bar and have taken family and friends over the last few years.

Try the campagnola pizza!

An absolutely delightful pizzeria serving authentic and delicious Italian home made pizza and pasta. We ate outside in the dappled sunlight of the trees. The service is amazing and so friendly. They coped admirably with our party of 12 all arriving at different times and some very late with a deadline to be at the theatre on time.

They even charged my mobile phone for me and when the owner of the restaurant realised I had forgotten to collect my phone when I left for the theatre, he personally delivered my phone and charger to the theatre which is a 5 minute walk away. That's what I call service!

Just like a good simple Italian eaterie should be. Staff great, atmosphere good, food just fine. There is one simple test of a good restaurant - it is always full lunchtimes (I mean packed) and there is ALWAYS a table tucked away somewhere, maybe just for you. I can't vouch for evenings but with the staff, food and atmosphere sorted what could there be not to enjoy.
