I loved this restaurant. V attentive staff. Delicious food and a very good, imaginative menu with so much to chose from. Great specials too. Loved the decor. A real find!

I have read some appalling reviews of this restaurant but we had a great night there. The quirkiness of the staff reminds me of restaurants in Sicily or Puglia. Yes- they got a couple of small things wrong and there were crashing noises from the kitchen but we found this amusing and the staff laughed along with us. The food was excellent, authentic and (we thought) well priced. We will be in Kensington again in a few weeks and will be visiting Arcadia again. Visit and make up your own mind.

Just popping in for lunch as we were around the area. They had a lunch menu on offer with no distinction between starters and main courses and I ordered a goat's cheese salad - a small few limp leaves on a plate covered in squeezed-out from a tube dressing, and my sister ordered gnocci, which tasted fine. The waiters were fine but we were practically the only customers and they just stood around doing nothing. As we started discussing why it wasn't clear that the salad was a starter and that it looked so pathetic, a man who we assumed was a popular customer or manager started criticising us for criticising the food quite rudly and frankly absolutely ruined what was left of the meal. No need to spend your money there when there are other same-priced italian restaurants in the area with better quality food and a more relaxed atmosphere.

My worst dining experience ever.

Poor service, manager was rude and shouting at the waiter in front of the customers, linen was dirty and place untidy and disorganised.

I didn't even care about the food, which was so poor as well, because the whole atmosphere was horrendous.

Not worthy at all.

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
