Vertigo 42

I visited in April 2012 with two friends. We ordered champagne at £70 per bottle with some nibbles. At the end of our visit the very rude waiter tried to charge us for a bottle we hadn't had. What was worse, when we told him he had miscalculated, without even checking, he accused us of lying. Even when he eventually checked and found that he had mistaken our table for the one next to us, he was still rude. We were very embarrased. We were offered nothing more than a begrudged apology.

I will never visit again.
