I went with a friend in November - really nothing like this elsewhere in the area. Fine dining in a surprising location, and the best kept secret for miles around! Don't be put off by the location. Great hideaway for a discrete romantic evening too! Keep it up Mosaica!

A friend took me to Mosaica last week. From the entrance I didn't know what to expect and thought it would be some sort of canteen affair. I was absolutely amazed when we walked through the door to the actual restaurant - it was like walking into a different world - all dark wood floors and fairy lights. The food was amazing - I had the goats cheese risotto and my friend had the pork and both our plates were clean at the end. The dessert menu was so tempting that we decided to push the boat out and were not disappointed there either. For two courses and a bottle of wine it came to £57 in total which, considering the quality of the food, we felt was pretty reasonable. Oh and apart from one waiter trying to give us someone else's food the service was great too - very friendly and attentive but not overly so. Will definitely be going back.
