Really enjoyed my meal here. The kids were well entertained with all the stuff for them to do. The service was attentive and always with a smile. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant and will definitely be going back!

Found zuccao at Finchley Road the best. We visited between xmas and new year

Excellent friendly staff (the manager should be thanking them).

Excellent food the garlic pizza with cheese was the best.

Really comfortable atmosphere, prices not too bad either.

Wish we had one in the North (please arrange near Warrington would be great!)

Well worth a visit.

Not sure what some of the people are on about, maybe some have extremely high standards, but I find the food and service good, always get served by some lovely ladies, who are very friendly too.

I like the atmosphere at the O2 centre, no matter what day or night you go there.

I say go and enjoy yourself, you shouldn't waste your energy thinking about it.

I was visiting the O2 centre last weekend to go to the cinema and I have been to Zuccato before for a coffee. I loved the vibrant atmosphere in their so we decided to eat before our film. There was 4 of us and we were seated quickly and our order was tken once we were ready. The food was simple and tasty and being someone who hates fussy food, I thouroughly enjoyed our meal and it saved me from buying a hotdog at the cinema...nice!

I saw this restaurant on a couple of websites, and after checking the sample menu (which looks deceptively tasty and well thought out) I booked it for Valentines Day.

When we arrived I wished I hadn't of invested so much time choosing my outfit (as a pair of jeans and trainers would have sufficed). But not to be too judgemental, my boyfriend and I sat down ready to enjoy an evening of (hopefully) good food and wine - neither of which we had.

When my boyfriend asked for his veal medium to well-done the waiter confessed that this was impossible as it was ALREADY PART-COOKED (think Weatherspoons.)! But by the end of our meal - which neither of us managed to finish due to the over-processed, over-cooked nature of it all - we were thanking our lucky stars for our food, as the lady at the table opposite (who had specifically asked for her burger well-done) found it to be almost raw inside.

Over priced.

Over processed.

Over cooked.

Over rated.

Never again.

I totally disagree with previous opinions. Well, yes I actually haven't eaten the dinner in the restaurant, but the service at the bar is just perfect. Those girls are really nice and smiling ang I got my drinks exactly as I like them.

My girlfriend and I went to Zuccato recently as we live locally. Similarly, we agree the food was excellent, but the service was appalling. After we were served our meals things went downhill very quickly. It was difficult to get the waitress's attention most of the time. After trying to get the bill for 10/15 minutes, we finally received it. Initially, I entirely intended to leave a tip as I value good food and there, it was excellent. After paying in notes we waited and waited and waited for our change, finally we asked for our change and they said it was retained as a substantial tip. As we were in a rush to head to the movies we let it slide. Overall, don't go there unless you are hungry and are prepared to argue the point after your meal.

Quite good food, however nothing particularly special. I agree with the others that the service was poor. They were slow and lacklustre about their job, despite the few tables occupied. Although the restaurant flaunted a decent, spacey decor, which added to the privacy value. I don't feel obliged to go back and I don't recommend it, unless you're going with a few good friends in order to dampen the experience of the overall poor restaurant.
