Ate here with 2 other couples on Friday night. This place is a bog-standard Bayswater tourist trap. No atmosphere, bland interior, average food. Service was decent and the owner is great, however it's highly over priced. Could name 10 similar restaurants in theatre-land that are cheaper and better. Not recommended at all.

My wife and I were recommended to go to the Concordia resteraunt by the hotel clerk. We found the resteraunt located on a road with several resteraunts on it. The patrons of the resteraunt seemed to be American tourists likes ourselfs and we felt the resteraunt caters to these clientel. The food was average (we are from New York) but the reason I am writing this review is because the service was terrible. I wish this was a exageration but I never had to wait to have the order taken, wait a very long time for pasta bolenese and ravioli. Then wait over 30 minutes after eating to give our desert order at which point we gave up and had to ask 2 times for the bill so we could leave.

I wish our experiance was because the resteraunt was busy, but there were only 3 other tables occupied amongst the several open tables.

In summary, wew felt the wait staff (I believe including the brothers/owners) felt the tourists were treated as though they were not comming back anyway so who cares? This is the reason I make the review.

Finally tried Concordia and I must say my fears have been confirmed. Given the large number of hotels in the area I assumed it was geared to the tourist market. That certainly seems to be true. Service was fine but the food was certainly nothing special. In fact my starter was almost too salty to eat. The prices are also too high. It's a shame really because this neighborhood needs a good Italian restaurant. I will make a second visit and write again if the experience is different.

Saw this restaurants website and it looked great, so my wife and I decided to dine there for our anniversary. May I say that the Concordia certainly lived up to our expectations. Good quality food, great service, and very reasonably priced considering it is in the West End ! Will definately go back there again.

I have been going to Concordia regularly over last 3 years. I never had any bad experience. The club has excellent romantic atmospher and live band plays all nights till 1pm. The food is very tasty and the sttaff are very very friendly. I agree a bit pricey but it worth it. Saturdays can be too busy sometimes.
