What a great place....been going here for ages and love the food especially the basil beef and chicken. Awesome. Atmosphere is fine, I have never experienced bad service. Maybe you get back what you give.

Have been going there for over 25 years, last visit horrific. Family sitting on the far side of restaurant had no thought for anyone but themselves, children out of control, ruining everyones lunch except themselves. Another family sitting in front of us really well behaved. When people complained, staff said they could do nothing as they were friends of the owners. Is it fair to let other people in the restaurant put up with such behaviour and have to pay. Why not shut restaurant for owners friends then they can scream, shout run around as much as they like.

i have been eating here for ages and the food is just great....esp the beef and chili.

dont have a table by the door though on a cold night !

oh...and i have been going with my children for ages and they love it...service is great

The food is great and value for money but the service is pathetic. Really bad! Especially the way kid was treated. If they don't want kids than they should say so. Kids make a mess and that's no reason to give dirty looks or give a bad service. My Spain's guest really felt bad and uneasy.

Excellent food, slightly cramped interior, but if you get a table out of the "flight path" to the kitchen, you should be more than satisfied. This classic restaurant has been here for ages, and as a fat guy, I love it.
