If you fancy impressing a date come here, but be warned its not going to be a cheap date! The food is fantastic the atmosphere is good. I really enjoyed my experience. Will definitely return in the future. A must go to!

The best veal in London and a thoroughly enjoyable night!

The starters and wine were slightly over priced but let's face it, that is what you come to expect when dining in London and especially in Notting Hill. The quality of food is good and served with a smile (v. important) - would definitely go again.

not sure I understand the comments about £2 extra for pasta as a main course, as I can't recall an italian restaurant that DOESN'T have this policy.

it's standard practice.

anyway, I enjoyed the restaurant. not absolutely fantastic, but pretty good.

friendly and they let us BYO.

Me and my partner have just returned from lunch at Mediterraneo and I am afraid we wont be going back in a hurry. Firstly, its a very crammed space and we were placed by a window with a very cold draft. Our waitor, Gianni, was very nice and helpful but it seemed that there was way too many people working in such a small place. Also, we were charged £2 extra for havig pasta as a main and that really made us furious.Pasta was nice but not worth £11.50

I went here last night for dinner. I was disgusted when the bill came. Never have I seen this before. If you order your pasta as a main course you expect to pay the price written next to it - instead in small print in brackets under the pasta it says add £2 if you are having it as a main. It's daylight robbery and it left such a bad taste in my mouth I won't be going back. They are very foolish to do this. The manager was also very unpleaseant and had nasty arrogant air about him. The food was good but doesnt warrant enough to go back.
