Went there for the first time and was very impressed with the atmosphere/ service and food UNTIL we were told by the so called 'manager' that we had out stayed our time slot (we booked the table for 8pm) and he gave us the bill (at 9:45 on the dot) while we were having our after dinner coffee and basically told us that we had to leave as the next party was waiting. The 'manager' had absolutely no customer service skills and had no qualms being rude to get rid of us. Food aside, this is the WORST customer service I have ever encounter at a restaurant. It's a shame unless you want to be abuse by the manager, I would not recommend it despite the good food.
