Pizza on the Park

I think I was trying (very hard) to convince myself I was having a better time than I actually was. The Pizza on the Park isn't actually that bad. Personally, I quite liked the food, but the service was, as one other reviewer quite eloquently put it, fatigued. And I think they might need to work on the correct way to bring wine to a table!

The restaurant itself wasn't bad at all though, although I did mind the somewhat lengthy trek to the loos!

I know this is in Chelsea, but I'm not sure I understand why that means I should pay over the odds to eat bread, tomato and cheese! It was tasty though.

Not sure I'd go back. As I said, it's not that it's bad, it's just that I don't feel the need to trek across town when I know it's not going to be an outstanding experience.

Had Lunch recently at Pizza on the Park and was great in every aspect. Food was delicious in its variety from pizza to great salads not to mention the Special burgers accompanied by the good service the staff provided.

This place has absolutely DREADFUL service.

The customer is treated with suspicion, fatigue and condescension.

I asked for some water nearly four times, with the waiter actually plonking the jog on the table with a thud.

I do not recommend this place to anyone in a good mood wishing to remain that way.
