Terrible attitude. The staff lost my partner's scarf when they took away our coats for so-called safe-keeping. The owner could not have cared less. He just ignored our concerns. We will not go back.

I had a fabulous meal at Riccardo's last night. My wife had marinated salmon with asparagus and then grilled lamb cuttlets with spinach and she was very happy with her meal. I had the Riccardo salad and then grilled venison which was one of the best meat dishes I've ever had. Atmos was fun and relaxed and service attentive. Well done Riccardo!!

A Girl Has To Eat

A Girl Has To Eat

Tuesday, March 02, 2010 - We started with a fish soup (crab, clams, prawns) with Sardinian fregola and chilli. I am a big fan of Sardinian fregola, which goes deliciously well with fresh seafood and a rich tomato base. The menu listed crab as an ingredient, but this was hard to detect in the soup. There were two decent sized pieces of butterflied king prawns which were crunchy but not particularly flavoursome, and the clams were ok...The food at Riccardo's is ok but overpriced. Or put another way, it's very average for what they charge. We really struggled to understand why it is so popular.
