This is a fascinating restaurant the food is fantastic, the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is excelent! can recomend it higher! i have been twice and have ordered fajitas which are to die for! they are delivered to the table in a steamer but the meat and vegatables are on a steaming plate and are put on a metal stand for you to tuck into! Hope you have time to stop in and have a taste becuase it is worth it!

I chose the 16oz steak, which was fantastic; cooked perfectly and accompanied with home made onion rings. The rest of the menu was extensive and all sounded delicious.
The service was attentive and friendly and it was nice to see the many waiters and waitresses running about the place with energy serving the busy resatuarant.
The atmosphere was laid back and the later it got, the more people grew in volume and before long live music was being played, which added to the ambience.
I had a very good experience here.

I keep coming back and I am always blown away by the food and atmosphere.
I took my office team for their Christmas dinner the other week and can only praise the place for it's consistency, especially at this time of the year! Our group of 12 was were well looked after and had a really fun time!
There should be more places in London like this and will continue rave about the place!
p.s. Loved lobster!!!!

I had the misfortune to try them. My fillet steak sandwich was made with small pieces of fatty, stringy meat. I have never chewed so long on a piece of fillet steak.
I will never go back.

This is a Big Easy staff review, not a restaurant review.
Earlier this week, I had the misfortune to leave my wallet on a 44 bus travelling to play squash near Victoria Station. I was gutted and had to bum my way back home to Battersea at about 9pm, as my cards (including Oyster card) were all lost.
At home, just as I was calling a bank to proceed with cancelling a card, the doorbell rang, and there was a fellow called Idir, who told me he had picked up the wallet on the bus, and was returning it to me. He got my address from the drivers licence, and lives fairly nearby. Cards, cash and licence were all intact!!! Needless to say, I was blown away.
After some chatting, Idir told me he worked at The Big Easy as a seafood chef, and invited me to call in one day. I know he wasn't doing a Big Easy marketing call, and he never told me about this review site, but I hope my review gets him kudos anyway.
And Big Easy: you have a new customer for sure. Having experienced the honesty of your staff, I can't wait to put their chef'ing skills to the test!

Very good, service was great and very attentive, and price were set at a perfect level (a little expensive being a student, but still greta value).
The atmosphere and setting is really good fun and has flare and vigour about it when you walk in. its like a BBQ shack has been recreated in Chelsea.
Wine/cocktails were incrediable, i would recommend the "BIG E"
the only problem is that the happy hour 2 4 1 is only applicable at the bar, and when the cocktails are at £7 pounds its quite somthing you are missing out on!

I dined here with my wife and another couple on Friday 26th October. We started by sharing the chicken wings and calamari. Wings were tasty and the calamari wasn't too bad, though very few of them and placed on top of some ridiculous pile of lettuce. Most of us then had the ribs for a main. They seemed to vary between excessively oily on the outside and the meat dry, or just plain dry thoughout. Coleslaw consisted of 90% mayonnaise and I couldn't go near the corn on the cob. Wife had the prawns which I must admit, were in fact nice.
Finished with some ice cream and coffees and including a couple of beers each the bill came to £67 per couple. Certainly not money that I was happy parting with!
Service was good, atmosphere decent, and the ompany excellent, but overall an utterly disappointing meal.

This is a fabulous restaurant. my friends and i went on the special that was on offer and we were very impressed! The service is incredibly friendly and fully embodies what customers service is about (Hats off especially to Angela and Daniel!!) The freshenss, taste, quantity and value for money are superb. We had the grilled lobsters and finished off with a yummy chocolate fountain.
I highly recommend it!

Moved to London in March and have been to the Big Easy over have a dozen times. I have a frequent diner card and use it. The staff are excellent. When we eat we are not in a hurry and we are not rushed. The Beer is cold and the food is hot. Have to try spicey wings or shrimp. The only thing we have not tried is a sirloin and that will be tacken care of shortly. We walk from Green Park to King Street, about an hour. The food is that good.
