My partner always orders the King Crab claws and I usually opt for something steaky, fishy or fajitas. We love it here and go regularly. Service can be frustrating when the food doesn't all arrive at the same time.

I loved this place. I had the steak sandwich, my friends the ribs and the fillet mignon.

We were all super happy with our meals, so tasty, good quality meat, great saucing. Fresh salad accompaniments.

The atmosphere here is soo comfortable. You can really feel like you are being looked after in New Orleans. The portions are HUGE so beware, or share!

Service was efficient and came with a smile. We waited a while for our meals, but they were worth the wait. Great place to go with family or go with friends.

We had dinner last night at the Big Easy and very much enjoyed it. The rib and butterfly prawn combo was very well done, and the king crab legs reminded me of home. Voodoo wings to start were excellent (and not your average hot wing you get here). Two good wines by the glass (a Sancerre rose and a Zinfandel from Italy). Great cocktails, in particular the fresh chili and passion fruit margarita.

Service was superb. Very attentive without hanging about, and it was packed. The kitchen brought my crab out before my wife's food was ready, and the waiter immediately rushed over and apologized. He offered to take the food back or leave it on the table, but either way our round of drinks was comped. I've never had that happen in London.

Atmosphere was loud and bustling on a Friday night. Not the place for a quiet romantic meal, but great for a good time and good food. Can't wait to go back with a big group for one of their sharing platters!

We had a walk round Bluewater first to work up an appetite, then after a great meal had a 'work it off' walk down to Hampstead and back. Great meal, great views of Hampstead, great jog. What more can one ask for?

I have been to the Big Easy twice now - whilst the first time I had an enjoyable meal, the second time was not such a great experience. I had the all you can eat bbq ribs and chicken - both the chicken and the ribs were dry and tough with not much meat on them. A disappointment considering how nice my steak was the first time. Whilst I would recommend the restaurant for steak, I would suggest avoiding their all you can eat menu.

The margaritas are first class, The decor is class, 50 yards from Trafalagar square right in the heart of London. I would go early evening, so you can sip Margaritas then enjoy a summers evening in Trafalgar and a stroll through Picadilly circus afterwards.

Went to the Big Easy for a late lunch last Sunday and all in all had a good meal.

Service was friendly and quick and the menu was extensive. Starters were small for the price with the baskets/plates filled up with nachos to make the portions look bigger, but what we ate was okay.

Mains were better, the ribeye steak on the bone was a great piece of meat and it came with a few onion rings and the best bearnaise I'd had for a long time. All other mains were good except for a beef fajitas which were all veg and little beef and were poor value for £15.

Wine list was great and very well priced, £37 for Cloudy bay, I can think of only a few places cheaper.

Cocktails on the other hand were not so good and overpriced, £26 for a jug of long Island iced tea.

Overall not bad at all, and would go again if in the area.

This is a fascinating restaurant the food is fantastic, the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is excelent! can recomend it higher! i have been twice and have ordered fajitas which are to die for! they are delivered to the table in a steamer but the meat and vegatables are on a steaming plate and are put on a metal stand for you to tuck into! Hope you have time to stop in and have a taste becuase it is worth it!

I chose the 16oz steak, which was fantastic; cooked perfectly and accompanied with home made onion rings. The rest of the menu was extensive and all sounded delicious.

The service was attentive and friendly and it was nice to see the many waiters and waitresses running about the place with energy serving the busy resatuarant.

The atmosphere was laid back and the later it got, the more people grew in volume and before long live music was being played, which added to the ambience.

I had a very good experience here.
