I love this place! And I don't even have children. We had brunch on Sunday and I can't wait to go back and try the regular lunch menu. The staff were hilarious and very quick to help, my BLT was perfect and the rest of my table all felt the same about their orders. By about 1pm there were children running around like mad which must be annoying for the staff but they just carried on smiling and waiting on their tables. I keep thinking about the Turkey Enchillada's I spotted on the regular menu.. I really can't wait to get back there. And a special mention should go to who I can only assume is the Manager. An extremely friendly, funny guy who couldn't have been more helpful. Well done everyone at Giraffe.

Went to the newly opened branch on the southbank centre. The food is okay but a touch overpriced and the manager was distinctly graceless upon realising they'd lost our bill and substituted it with someone else's instead (more expensive)
The music was initially too loud (and pretty grim) but by the end of the night it settled down into some french accordian music which was more appropriate.

Very disappointed - having read all the reviews on how good this is for kids, we travelled from South East london to meet some friends, bringing a total of 5 adults and 3 kids (ages 21 months, 15 months and 3 months) - service was hit and miss, with dishes arriving throughout, so we couldn't eat together, staff seemed frazzled, and the disabled toilet containing the baby changing was being used partly as a store room! - add to this the overpriced food - will certainly try another Giraffe, but this has put me off somewhat..
