Bucci

I have been going to Bucci's for the past two years and it has always been such a lively place, its pure Italian and full of character. The service is very good and the food is perfect. Just a really nice italian restaurant but do book as it does get very lively, specialy now as they have old manager back.

When I lived in Balham myself and my flatmates would eat there every couple of weeks and I'm still going back there regularly as you just can't beat the atmosphere and value for money. My favourite Italian restaurant in London!

This restaurant is one of the finest in London along with Cantuccio di Pulcinella and Positano.

Having travelled the world (many times) and lived in Italy and Australia with my family to be in London is often a disappointment when dining out. Howver, that is not the case with the above restaurants. Great food, Italian staff and so very well priced

I would highly recommend this restaurant. The staff are brilliant and the recent return of David the head waiter has once again caused this restaurant to sour in my expectations. A fantastic night out if you want a friendly place with the atmosphere of being in Italy on your doorstep. The food cannot be faulted and all in all Buccis makes for an immensely fun evening!

We always end up back at Bucci - like others have been going here for years. It's one of the most relaxed restaurants in the area and certainly reminds both my boyfriend and myself of the kind of really good Italian restaurant we went to as kids in the 70's. All that's missing is a Chianti bottle with a candle in it!

The food is proper delicious Italian comfort and tell them if there's a birthday on your table - they make a massive fuss! Highly recommended!

I live just around from the corner from Bucci and have been to a few of the restaurants on Balham High Road, but Bucci is definitely my favourite.

The service is always quick and friendly. All of the food is very reasonably priced and is always delicious. My favourite is the smoked chicken tagliatelle. The Chianti is a good bottle to have and the complimentary Lemoncello to end is always a treat!

This is a real gem for local Balham residents.
