Me and my boyfriend went to Napule on a Saturday night. First at arrival we were ignored even though there were two members of staff standing in front of us and doing something. Only after 2 minutes or so the waitress said good evening and spoke to the people standing behind us still ignoring us! Luckily the manager then came over and took us to a table. Not a great start.

The waiter was Italian and was struggling to understand what we said, had to use very simple language. Drinks came fairly quickly as did my boyfriend's starter. But then after the starter we had to wait for 45 minutes to get our pizzas! This meant that I had to wait for an hour to get anything to eat as I didn't order a starter. This is way too long to wait for pizza which takes about 10 mins to cook.

I was hungry and so disappointed with the pizza I had. So was my boyfriend. It was way too cheesy (yes, pizza can have too much cheese on it!) and there was too much dough as well. I have had better pizza at Pizza Hut for cheaper! I could only eat half. This Napule pizza is not proper Italian pizza at all, I was so shocked as there were many Italians eating there and that pizza was far from an authentic Italian experience. (I used to live in Italy and never had pizza so bad there.)

After we finished eating we were not happy and just wanted to go home and eat something fresh and tasty. When the bill came we decided not to pay the service charge (first time ever for us!). We explained this to the waiter but as he did not understand English he spoke to the manager who demanded to know what was wrong?? Well, we said it took too long to get food and the pizza was too cheesy. Then he just didn't say anything and ignored us. No goodbye, thanks. Nothing. We just walked out and decided to never go back.

I have worked in restaurants and whenever a customer was unhappy about something I would always be extra friendly/apologise/give discount. In Napule they obviously don't care about their customers. The staff hardly smiled, they were rushing and it looked like they were arguing among themselves a lot. This created a bad atmosphere. All this topped with bad food and I wonder how this place is still in business.

Loved every minute of it. Near perfect food with so much flavour and imagination, and big portions! Lovely service and personable staff. Felt like I was round at someones (rather large) house for dinner. My only complaint is that it was a little too crowded. Anyway, wonderful experience and highly recommended. Get a table if you-can!

I go quite often to Napule with friends and family, and I think that the overall is very enjoyable. Either the pizza or the food are excellent, never disappointing.

In my opinion the service is good, as well, quick and caring; the atmosphere is lovely.

I would surely recommend it.

One of the best Italian Pizza I have found in London but you will pay for this! The service is really bad and it is a shame for such a good place.
