I used to love this place. It was a "must" when I had friends visiting. Last night I had dinner there with some friends and I was very disappointed. Our first waiter was a very charming spanish guy, but we were then attended by the section manager who was very rude and did not let us order what we wanted! A situation I had never had in a restaurant before, we had to order the number of dishes he wanted and from a particular section of the menu.

We also had to wait a very long time for our drinks and food to come.

The food is still very good, I love the place, the decoration, but sadly I will not go back again. Somehow the place lost its magic.

Went for dinner with a large group of colleagues and we all enjoyed it immensely! We had the set dinner, with the appetizers being the highlight. So many small plates of delectable starters!

I think this place would be great for a dinner date - the lighting is low, tables are intimate, but it's also bustling enough that it's not awkward or overtly "romantic".

One critique: they really adhere to the timelines for tables. Shortly after finishing our desserts, we were abruptly brought our coats...I guess they wanted the table!

More expensive than your average meal, so make it a special occasion!

Great vibe in the restaurant.

The food and the drinks are tasty. Enjoyed my dinner and the waiters really look after us.

Try their signature cocktail Momo if you go there!

I visited this restaurant when last in London and found food to be excellent, waiters were attentive but not over the top, ambience was great. All in all it was a good experience and I'd go there again.

We were there for just drinks not food. We asked a waiter to take our order, and he said he would be back. We didn't see him again for 15 minutes, and even then he didn't check to see if we had been served.

I had a mohito which was just awful. The drinks were way overpriced.

Our friend ended up walking to the bar herself to get served.

When the bill came, the price entered into the credit card reader included the "optional 13% gratuity". We paid a tip for serving ourselves.

Rated food as 5 only because we didn't eat so I don't have an opinion.

Rude staff. If you want a shisha, dont go there. Their outdoor tables are always reserved for a potential customer by their looks. You may wait 2 hours and not get a table even though the reserved table is left vacant all time.

food and drinks are nice and music too, though a bit pricey!

Came here for a birthday meal today.

This place is a joke.

I agree with the previous comments re the staff attitude - it's very bad, uneducated (in terms of the food they're serving) and often inappropriate.

Over priced beyond belief too - don't forget to buy the book, lamp and CD (£17!) on the way out.

Oh and the food is bad, bland and boring.

I took a couple of girlfriends to Momo even though work colleagues advised me that the service had gone down the last couple of times they had been and oh my goodness we had the most dreadful experience ever. We waited 15mins for a waiter, eventualy we had to insist they take our order, which then took 45mins to arrive. 20 mins again to catch a waiter for our dessert, which came when our bill came! We asked to speak to the manager and two waiters refused us. Eventually we spoke to a female who said she was the manager, she took the dessert off the bill but by this time our evening was spoilt.
